“Coaching is helping the business owner learn how to think and act optimally”
A win-win scenario really creates wins for everyone on the periphery. When you win, your customers win, your employees win, your business wins, your family wins, and we win. It’s that simple, and that’s what we aspire to.
We typically start with a complimentary coaching session. This time is optimized when we can provide you a list of questions to answer before we meet. This meeting can be in-person, via phone or Skype or Face-time.
We ask a lot of intentional questions, and LISTEN. Listening enables us to ask the next most relevant question as opposed to provide the answer.
We will explore a variety of solutions and their respective implications. Once we’ve discerned there is a good fit, we provide a standard agreement outlining deliverables of both parties. This includes a confidentiality agreement. You’ll find we are exclusive in your industry and geographical area. We will not coach competing businesses in the same market.
PROGRAMS and INVESTMENT
There are three standard programs, all of which are how much time and effort you desire to focus on you, your business and growth. The key variance in the three programs is how much time you’ll need from your coach. The most effective approach is to schedule weekly interaction with your coach. The programs range in cost from $750 to $2,500 each month. If you are a great fit and cannot afford one of the programs, we’ll work with you to determine the win-win program.
The agreement is designed for your growth potential, and has no long-term commitment. There is a 30-day notice from either party if it turns out not to be a good fit. Although most clients average more than 4 years of coaching with Jeff.
You determine the best day(s) and time to meet, and the optimal venue…whether in-person, via phone or Skype or Face-time. You will be investing time and money into your growth.
We will work together to outline your aspirations and goals. We will explore your strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT analysis), both from an internal and external perspective. We will identify the factors that have led to your relevant successes and failures. We will identify the habits of you and your team that either hinder or enable success, and outline stop and start habits going forward.
We will ultimately cover and plan for important items, including:
- Vision (including exit plan)
- Business Model
- Leadership and Management
- People Development & Optimization
- Organizational Development (including structure, hiring & firing)
- Brand and Unique Selling Proposition
- Competitive Analysis
- Time Management
Functional areas, including:
- Marketing (including traditional and digital)
- Fulfillment & Customer Experience
- Operations & Production
- Customer Retention
- HR (including compensation models)
- Information Technology
